The Sales function works together to enable Natilik to be our clients “Confident Guide” in the complex world of technology. They sit between the vendors who make technology, and our clients who want to use it to help deliver the outcomes most important to them. Their goal is to ensure we have Clients who value their relationship with Natilik, whether we are Consulting, Partnering or Supplying.

The Design function embodies the "Confident Guide". They work alongside the Sales function to understand the outcomes our clients want to achieve and the problems they need to solve, and leverage our portfolio of products and services, including our own Natilik IP, to provide solutions to these problems. They apply creative thinking, innovative ideas and insight to help solve problems and design solutions across a broad portfolio of solution areas across our five technology stacks.

The Manage function positions Natilik as a number one global technology services company by overseeing the implementation and ongoing management of its services, ensuring consistently exceptional support that exceeds client expectations and drives customer satisfaction. They understand clients’ service requirements and ensure that Natilik’s services meet expectations and achieve maximum utilisation.

The Transition function work closely with cross-functional teams to interpret high-level designs and bring them to life through the planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling of projects. They plan and coordinate all aspects of Natilik Client assigned projects from initiation through to delivery, involving everything from single site to multiple implementations and upgrades.

The Finance function supports Natilik's financial and legal wellness. They focus on financial analysis, strategic planning, compliance, and managing legal risks so the business can continue operate and grow safely and successfully. The Finance function's work also combines defining best practice, operational excellence, clear governance, financial management and financial reporting across Natilik.

The IT function delivers exceptional service and expertise in the running of our internal IT systems and software architecture. The teams work together to implement, enhance, maintain and support our systems and infrastructure by driving change, optimising processes, and enabling our organisation to achieve operational efficiency and strategic goals.

Our People function delivers a world class people experience across full people lifecycle, from talent attraction and hiring, through to Leadership and people support & development, HR best practice, communities & give back, and office management.
