Ultimately, giving back at Natilik is about empowering our people to make a difference beyond their roles, supporting them in pursuing their passions and enabling them to contribute to causes they care about. We also give every person a fully paid volunteer day each year to support causes that matter to them, contributing over 1,500 hours annually to local initiatives, alongside monthly charity donations chosen by our people. Whether it's mentoring the next generation of tech talent, championing diversity across the industry, or looking after the planet we all share, it's a core part of our culture
