Natilik: 2015 - Present

We have a name that is inspired by a group of people that gave explorer Roald Amundsen the skills he needed to be the first to conquer the South Pole. They were his confident guide, just as we are to our people and clients.

The Natilik brand is formed

The Natilik brand was established and centres of excellence were set up in New York and Sydney in addition to our London base

Certified B Corporation

Natilik is certified by B Lab, the not-for-profit behind the B Corp movement, as having met rigorous social and environmental standards which represent our commitment to goals outside of shareholder profit

London Office Upgrade

The London office is refurbished to become a hub built for our people and their experience, and additionally a living showcase for Cisco's cinematic meeting experiences - a global first

New International Homes

Owing to the success of our International teams, both the New York and Sydney locations were moved into new world class facilities so we can continue to create our excellent people and client experiences

Natilik strives to be transparent; it’s that simple. We’re all on this journey together, and we strongly believe that to be part of it, you need to know the business you are part of. Attend our weekly company updates to understand what’s happening in other teams and functions at Natilik, or attend the office on one of our dedicated Function and Tech days to connect with other parts of the business. Whether it’s knowledge, thoughts, or ideas, we want our people to be in the know.

As I developed in my role, I started to feel more comfortable within myself and my abilities, having no previous experience in this sector. I found the support from my leaders and peers to be encouraging which helped me to build on my own self confidence and shape the way I support and guide new starters.
