  • Annual Leave

    All people join Natilik with 25 days, plus Bank Holidays. This number rises with tenure to 31 days plus Bank Holidays. There is also the option to 'buy' additional leave days.

  • Pension (UK)

    People have the option to join the Natilik pension scheme and increase personal contributions. Company contribution will increase with tenure and is calculated on OTE, not just base salary.

  • Health Insurance (UK)

    Everyone has access to Health Insurance via Vitality, which also fitness memberships, lifestyle perks, and rewards such as discounted apparel and spa stays.

  • Medicash (UK)

    Everyone can also access the Medicash scheme and receive money back on medical treatments including dental, optical and holistic therapies.

  • Shares

    No matter your role, everyone is eligible to join the Company Share Scheme after one year of service. There are periodical share buyback events, most recently in 2017, 2021 and 2025.

  • Electrical Vehicles (UK)

    After one year tenure, you'll have the option to lease an electric car through Octopus. Monthly payments are made through payroll minus tax, making an overall saving.

  • Homeworking Allowance

    When joining, you will be entitled to a one off monetary allowance to provide a better office set up when working from home. This figure differs for full-time homeworkers, and hybrid workers.

  • Volunteering Day

    Everyone is entitled to a paid volunteering day each year to give back in a way or to a cause important to them.

  • EAP

    Everyone has access to an EAP scheme free of charge and available for your household too.

  • Medical Insurance (US)

    Everyone has access to Medical Insurance which includes dental, and basic life insurance up to $10,000. This is available for family members at an extra cost.

  • Medical Insurance Contribution (Aus)

    Everyone is eligible for a Private Medical Insurance contribution of up to $120 per month.

  • Gym Membership (Aus)

    There is up to $50 per month available towards 50% of your gym membership, added to your gross monthly pay.

  • Superannuation (Aus)

    Everyone will receive a 10.5% monthly contribution to a nominated Super account.

  • 401k (US)

    Everyone will receive a 3% contribution to a nominated 401k account, to be matched with you personal contribution.

  • Parental Leave

    All people are able to access enhanced parental leave policies.

  • Training

    People have access to funding for additional qualifications and courses, and paid study leave.

  • Flexible Working

    Our people are able to work flexibly as standard, with access to industry-leading home working and mobility technology.
